MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Hospital officials say 1 of the four people wounded in a fatal workplace shooting in Minneapolis remains in critical condition.
Authorities say a gunman killed four people and wounded four others inside Accent Signage Systems before taking his own life Thursday.
Hennepin County Medical Center spokeswoman Christine Hill said Friday 1 of the injured, John Souter, has been upgraded to serious condition. She says another patient, Eric Rivers, remains critical. A third person has been treated and released. Hill says she has no information on the fourth person critically wounded in the shooting.
Police say officers responding to a 911 call discovered the victims' bodies shortly after arriving at the company, located in a residential area in the city's north side.
