1. AA Flight Has Landing Gear Trouble

An American Airlines flight from Dallas to St. Louis was supposed to land Tuesday morning but never made it due to landing gear troubles. Passengers were told to brace for a crash landing after the plane turned around about 10 minutes into the flight before touching down at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

2. Obama Remarks From 2007 Cause Controversy

Remarks made by then-Senator Obama to a largely African American audience in 2007 surfaced on Wednesday. In the video, Obama suggests that the federal government overlooked New Orleans residents who were suffering in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.

3. Car Sales in US Hit High

Car and truck sales in the U.S have hit their highest level since the beginning of 2008, according to Autodata. Chrysler had the strongest sales of the Detroit three, showing a 12 percent increase from one year ago.

4. Drunk Driving Down in Teens

5. McQueary Files Whistleblower Lawsuit

Mike McQueary, a former Penn State assistant football coach and key witness in the Jerry Sandusky case, filed a lawsuit against the school on Tuesday. He is seeking millions of dollars in damages on counts of whistleblower, defamation, and misrepresentation.
