Before men head out to their first hunt of the season they got checked out by some medical professionals.
The men's health screening was held at Scheels in Sioux Falls today.
Dozens came out to take advantage of the free event.
Doctors screened the men's height, weight, cholesterol and blood pressure.
A lot of the men say it's a good thing to do before you head out in the fields.
"I think it's a great deal because you find out what your cholesterol is when they check your arteries and you find out what your blood pressure and your legs, arms and I think it's great," Don Carpenter said.
The first 100 men got the screening for free and they also got a $15 gift card to Scheels.
