Day County urges people not to burn due to high winds

The Day County Sheriff's Office in South Dakota is urging people in that are not to burn due to high winds speeds expected throughout the day.

The National Weather Service has already issued a Red Flag warning for north central and northwest parts of South Dakota.

Winds are expected to become breezy out of the southwest this afternoon, with wind gusts of around 25 mph.
