The Sioux Falls Roller Dollz faced their first ever male team at their Saturday bout at the Sioux Falls Coliseum.
The Roller Dollz faced the Fargo Rock Riot.
One excited fan said she likes it that the Dollz are willing to mix things up.
"It's going to be amazing. I've been sponsoring them for five years now and it's the first time they've done it. I'm really excited about it and to see how they're going to handle it," she said.
The money raised at the bout will be sent to both the Edith Sanford Breast Cancer Foundation, and one of the Roller Dollz players whose home was severely damaged recently in a Harrisburg fire.
