Kids exchange costumes at the library in Sioux Falls

It was a very exciting day for kids as they picked out their Halloween costumes.

Kids got to look through racks and racks of costumes out at the main branch of the Siouxland Libraries in Sioux Falls.

The costume swap is a yearly event which makes many parents very happy, that's because it's free!

Parents drop off gently used costumes and in turn get a ticket and they get to come to this event.

It's a win win for everyone to get ready for trick-or-treating as it is just 18 days until Halloween.
