This is not the same ole song and dance musical. Five actors improvising, four first act songs, and an entire musical in the second act.
"The skills we use are rhyming, creating melodies, harmony, listening to our partner, saying yes to ideas," said co-creator of Broadway's Next Hit Musical, Deb Rabbai.
Every single night the actors of BNHM are giving the audience a different show.
"We've had people come up and ask how many times have you done that show and the answer is never. That's the first and last time we'll do that show," said Rabbai.
So, how exactly do they do it?
"This show completely relies on audience participation and suggestion. Without you, our dear, sweet audience we wouldn't be us and frankly that's not fun."
BNHM will be at the Washington Pavilion Friday and Saturday nights.
