PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - Crews in Pierre have begun replacing a 1,942-foot sewer pipeline that was damaged by Missouri River flooding in the summer of 2011.
The city is using reserve money and looking for grants to fund the $1.1 million project.
Officials hope to get most of the repair effort done yet this year.
