MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) - A Mitchell woman has pleaded guilty to possessing methamphetamine.
Melissa Livingston, 33, had pleaded not guilty to the felony drug charge in August, but Livingston changed her plea Tuesday at the Davison County Courthouse in Mitchell.
Prosecutors have agreed not to charge Livingston as a habitual offender and to recommend she receive a suspended three-year prison sentence, and no more than 60 days in jail.
Sentencing has been set for December.
