If you were on Main Street Wednesday afternoon from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. you would have seen lions, princesses, ninjas, zombies, pirates and much more.
The Aberdeen Downtown Association, along with more than 50 businesses opened their doors for trick-or-treaters.
Abby Kroupa with the association told KSFY News she expected more than 500 kids to show up for candy and pointed out this event is not just for the little ones.
"It showcases our businesses," Kroupa said. "People get a chance to go into businesses they haven't been in before."
The beautiful weather brought out a large crowd including Travis Tarver and his son, Alex.
"This is our 3rd year doing this," Travis said. "With the beautiful day we had to come out."
