A major company helping businesses and people in the Northern Plains manage risk, grow and prosper, Howalt+McDowell has been acquired by a New York Agency.
As of November 1 Howalt+McDowell has joined Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC (MMA), a subsidiary of March Inc., the world's leading global insurance broker and risk management advisor.
According to a news release from Howalt+McDowell, no positions were eliminated as a result of the transaction and the company can be contacted the same way as before.
A news release from Howalt+McDowell states:

Joining MMA only enhances Howalt+McDowell's ability to deliver on this commitment while providing long-term security and additional resources and capabilities to our clients."
