The Yankton Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store from Wednesday night.
The robbery happened at 11:41 pm at the Prairie Pumper Convenience Store at 909 Broadway. The male suspect entered the store with a fire arm and demanded cash from the clerk. The suspect left the scene with the cash.
No one was injured during the robbery.
The suspect is described as a male approximately 6 feet tall, heavier build, wearing dark colored pants and a dark colored hooded sweatshirt.
