Sioux Falls police have identified three Yankton men arrested for allegedly robbing a Casey's General Store clerk at knifepoint.
Dillan Anderson, 18, Alexander Koller, 18, and Collin Olson, 20, were arrested after a tip received by police.
The three are accused of robbing the Casey's on North Kiwanis Avenue in Sioux Falls at about 9:30 pm Sunday. Officer Sam Clemens said a person contacted police with the suspects' names, vehicle description and clothing description. Yankton police were notified of the information and were looking out for the suspects.
At 11:30 pm Sunday, Yankton police stopped the car suspected in the crime. Police said the individuals inside also had clothing matching the description.
Officer Sam Clemens said it is believed Olson was the driver who waited inside the vehicle while the other two suspects committed the robbery. Clemens said it is unclear whether Anderson or Koller had the knife.
All three men are charged with First Degree Robbery. After their arrest in Yankton County, the suspects were transported and arrived to Minnehaha County Monday evening.
Officer Clemens credited the quick arrests to detailed information given and the level of cooperation between agencies.
