SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Farmers, restaurant owners and nutritionists will discuss the state's food supply during the 4th annual South Dakota Food Roundtable Tuesday in Sioux Falls.
The daylong event is bringing together 75 representatives from all sectors of the state's food chain to talk about ways to deliver safe, nutritious and affordable food to South Dakotans.
This year's event is titled "Transparency in the Food System."
The keynote speaker will be Charlie Arnot, founder of the nonprofit organization The Center for Food Integrity.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn.
