HTI Plastics, Inc., a world leader in the manufacture of injection molded products, taps John Oliver to head expanded engineering department. Besides leading HTI’s engineering department, Oliver will be responsible for the all aspects of product development from evaluating new ideas to improving existing products for both HTI and its customers.

“John Oliver brings extensive medical device, process and product development experience to our growing company,” said Troy Just, President. “We will look to him to drive the technical innovation and development of new products for our customers.”

Oliver has over 25 years of experience in research and development, manufacturing engineering, and sustaining engineering. While at Fresenius Medical Care he was responsible for creating a new department of engineers and technicians that saved over two million dollars in projects during its first two years of existence. Along with his diverse experience in technical transfer from company to company and development to production is his knowledge of Six Sigma and Class II, III and PMA device development. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
