Mitchell convenience store robbed at gunpoint

MITCHELL, S.D. (AP) - Authorities are looking for a person who robbed a Mitchell convenience store at gunpoint over the weekend.

Police Detective Lt. Don Everson said no one was hurt in the late Saturday holdup at Dakota Sunset Liquor.

Everson says the male suspect threatened a female clerk with a gun, demanded money and fled with more than $1,000.
