All of I-90 is back open for your Monday morning commute but a big part of I-29 is still closed in South Dakota.
The good news is the wind is dying down but a lot of ice and maybe even some drifts could be out on the roads. In Sioux Falls a dozen plows hit City roads at Midnight. Another round of crews will be coming in at 8:00 Monday morning.
South Dakota transportation officials have reopened all stretches of Interstate 90 that were closed but a large stretch of Interstate 29 in the eastern part of the state remains closed. I-29 is still shut down between Watertown and Sioux Falls.
