Two men sentence for beating and killing in alley in June 2011

Two men have been sentenced for the beating and killing of a man in a Sioux Falls alley in June 2011.

The two are accused of beating and killing Geu Ayuel, after the three of them had been drinking at a party on June 18, 2011.

On Thursday, Dwight Ree was sentenced to 25 years in prison after admitting his involvement in the beating. On Friday, Jerome Ewing was sentenced to 40 years with five years suspended.
