Sioux Falls Fire Rescue authorities are looking into what caused a fire, Saturday morning, in a garage.
It happened at 418 South Lincoln Avenue near West 12th Street around 10:00 a.m.
When crews responded, they found smoke from the un-attached garage. The fire was contained within about 15 minutes.
There was nobody in the home, at the time, but a lot of damage to the garage is left behind.
No reported injuries, crews say, but a dog was rescued from inside the garage.
Sioux Falls Fire Rescue says it's a good reminder to check smoke alarms and detectors in homes.
