Roosevelt BB Team Named KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week - KSFY News - Sioux Falls, SD News, Weather, Sports

   Every once in awhile, we honor not just one athlete, but an entire team for what they did as our KSFY/Taco John's Athletes of the Week.

    The Roosevelt boys basketball team beat "The Rock" from Florida, a team loaded with major college recruits this past Saturday at the Mike Miller Classic in Mitchell.

   The Riders five starters all scored in double-figures in a 76-72 win..

   Roosevelt is 5-0 and number one in our KSFY/KWSN Rankings.

   For that performance,  we salute head coach Lee Taylor and the Roosevelt boys basketball team as our KSFY/Taco John's Athletes of the Week.
