They say they help people lose weight and get in shape year-round. In 45 minutes a day, six days a week, experts at Farrell's say they can help you make real changes in your fitness and overall health.Their next 10-week program starts Saturday, January 5th and they say many classes are already sold out. They've been open since May of 2010 and Julie tells us the response has been great since they opened the doors. While they get a large number of new clients looking to get in shape for the new year, Julie says they also get very busy in the spring.
