Bipartisan Bash held Thursday night in Sioux Falls

An unusual event was held Thursday night in Sioux Falls, one which will hopefully get legislators from both political parties to work closer together when the South Dakota Legislature reconvenes next week.

Lawmakers of both parties gathered together for an event that is being called a Bipartisan Bash.

The event is taking place at the Holiday Inn City Center in downtown Sioux Falls.

The event will also honor former South Dakota governors Dick Kneip and Bill Janklow.
