The 70th annual Golden Globes were announced last night in Hollywood. NBC's funny ladies Tina Fey and Amy Poehler stole the show. They took over after a 3 year reign by British comedian Rickey Gervais. They poked fun at the celebrities in attendance and at themselves after losing to HBO "Girls" star and creator Lena Dunham in the best actress in a TV comedy. After a brutal Oscar snub, Ben Affleck won for directing and his picture "Argo" won best drama beating out favorite Steven Spielberg and his biopic of the 16th president Abraham Lincoln. "Les Miserables" took home three awards, best comedy or musical, Hugh Jackman for best actor in a comedy or musical and Anne Hathaway for best actress in a supporting role in a comedy or musical. Jennifer Lawrence took home best actress in a comedy or musical for her work in "Silver Linings Playbook". Here is a full list of the winners.
