According to the Centers for Disease Control, the flu is still spreading across the country.
The latest map shows the flu is widespread in most of the nation, except Washington, DC, Tennessee and Hawaii.
So is there an up-side?
The national influenza rates have dropped to 4.3%, down from 4.8% the week before.
The CDC says it's still not too late to get vaccinated, and that if you do get the flu... seek treatment.
TheCDC anticipates there will be enough vaccine available for everyone who needs it.
