How much did President Obama's inauguration cost?

From meals to parades to the balls, inaugurations are expensive.

According to ABC News, the cost of Obama's first inauguration in 2009 was around $170 million.

While incumbent presidents historically spend less on a second inauguration, it's unclear what the total bill will be this time around.

Right now, analysts have put the total cost at roughly $14 million.

The entire event is paid for through donations.
