Posted: Updated:

Lincoln County Emergency crews responded to a fire near Tea early Tuesday morning.

The fire sparked in an AS Construction metal warehouse near tea. It was reported at approximately 5:30 am Tuesday.

Assistant Fire Chief Steven Obrele said a skidsteer could have help cause the fire to grow.

Lincoln County Emergency Management Director Harold Timmerman said as of 8:00 am the fire was pretty much down to hot spots. Timmerman said tankers were getting to a point where they were not running as fast.

Timmerman said as of 8:00 am one fire truck was still elevated in the air shooting water down onto the hot spots.
