Lincoln Co. Sheriff searches for man accused of First Degree Rape

The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted for rape.

Obadia Loyira, 19, is wanted for 1st Degree Rape in Lincoln County. Loyira also goes by Jay or J.J.

He is described as 6 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds.
