Webster has a population of less than two-thousand people and yet it continues to thrive.
The town says it has nearly one hundred job openings at any given time and is looking to get those jobs filled.
Melissa Fose, the Executive Director of the Webster Development Corporation, has good news for anybody out of work.
"We have had anywhere from 90 to 60 jobs open at a given time," Fose said. "Our employers are doing real well."
Melissa has updated a website to spread the word around about job openings and businesses are using the website to flourish.
"We are growing like crazy, and it is exciting."
Fose, adds if anybody would like to join earn a little extra coin in their piggy-bank; Webster is the place to be.
"The education and lifestyles are great up in the Webster area. You don't have to be in a big city to have a great life and enjoy things."
