A Watertown man was arrested in a drug bust that seized a large amount of marijuana.
Adam Wolkow is facing charges of Possession of Marijuana 1-10lbs is a class 4 felony which is punishable by a maximum of 10 years in the State Penitentiary and/or a $20,000 fine and Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute 1-10lbs is a class 3 felony which is punishable by a maximum of 15 years in the State Penitentiary and/or a $30,000 fine.
Monday night, Watertown Police in conjunction with the South Dakota DCI conducted a search warrant at 316 6th Street Southeast in Watertown. The warrant was part of an ongoing investigation.
Police seized a large amount of high-grade marijuana, cash and guns. A 2000 Honda Accord is being held pending the asset forfeiture process Wolkow.
Wolkow is being held on a $10,000 cash/surety bond at the Codington County Detention Center.
