Icy roads blamed for crash at I-29, I-90 interchange

A Sioux Falls man is recovering from serious injuries after a morning rush hour car crash.

Christopher Hendrick lost control of his car and hit a light pole at the I-29, I-90 interchange.

Emergency crews had to free Hendrick, who was pinned inside his car.

The Highway Patrol blames the slick roads on an off ramp for the crash.

There are no updates on his condition at this time.
