One of the most beloved movies and Broadway musicals of all-time is at the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls this week. West Side Story is the classic Romeo & Juliet love story set in the '50s in New York City, but instead of Capulets and Montagues, it is the gangs the Sharks and the Jets. Carolina Sanchez and Mark Dealer are two of the actors in the show. They have been rehearsing for the show since September and have been traveling around the country performing since October. They stopped by the KSFY Morning News to talk with Shawn about the show. West Side Story continues Wednesday, February 6 until Thursday, February 7 at the Washington Pavilion. The show starts at 7:00 p.m. and there are still tickets available. You can get tickets at the Pavilion box office or by calling 605-367-6000. But just a warning to families, the show does deal with some adult content, such as gang violence and racial issues and isn't suitable for someone under the age of 14.
