    Our KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week has been a role model, and great girls basketball player at Lower Brule High School.

   Senior Angelica Edwards is averaging just over 16 points and 14 rebounds a game this season for Lower Brule.

   She pulled down 20 or more rebounds in four games this season, and lead them in scoring almost every night.

   She also carries a 3.3 grade point average.

  For that performance, we salute Angelica Edwards as our KSFY/Taco John's Athlete of the Week.
