The annual Avera Heart Hospital's Mission Nutrition is Tuesday, February 12 at the Belbas Theatre at the Washington Pavilion. Registered Dietician Nikki Ver Steeg cam by the KSFY Morning News to talk about the event. They will talk about how to make sure you are sticking to your weight loss goals and will be discussing the Mission Nutrition program. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. And the show starts at 7:00 p.m. There will be wine tastings, appetizers, and massages. Tickets are $10 at the door.
