In the middle of a heated debate over gun laws, here at home, one big group is putting on one of its biggest shows, this weekend. Hundreds of tables displayed thousands of guns at the Ramkota Inn Convention Center.
The show is known as ''The Big One'' for the Dakota Territory Gun Collectors Association, and it sure was, with thousand of people there to see for themselves.
Some say there's been a significant increase in firearms since December.
He says the public is in anticipation of possible changes in federal gun laws which has increased the buying of semi-automatic weapons, handguns and clips.
"We're fortunate people in the Dakotas are into hunting, firearms, shooting. I can understand the difference in a higher population. It's a preferred activity in this part of the country and I hope that never changes," Bruce Foster said.
The show continues at the Ramkota Inn Convention Center through Sunday.
