On Tuesday night, we were able to speak with South Dakota Congresswoman Kristi Noem and I asked her what about the president's speech stood out to her.
She told me she is concerned about new government policies he wants to put in place involving gun control, immigration, cyber-security.
The president says he can get these programs off the ground without adding to the nation's deficit. I asked Noem if she believes that. "I don't believe that. You know if you remember he said the exact same thing about Obamacare. And Obamacare is costing this country billions and billions of dollars and new tax increase. So unfortunately when this president he may say one thing but he does something completely different."
