South Dakota legislators are set to vote on a bill that would limit abortion services in South Dakota.
House Bill 1237, if passed would make the three day waiting period only apply to work weeks plus require two clinic visits.
It would essentially make services unavailable on weekends.
Those opposed to the bill say if applied, it could delay services for weeks and places a burden on those who need to arrange scheduled appointments.
The bill will be heard by the House Judiciary Committee tomorrow morning.
