Empire Mall hosting mock disaster drill

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Emergency crews in the Sioux Falls area are hosting a mock disaster drill at the Empire Mall parking lot on Sunday night.

The mall in South Dakota's largest city will begin the yearly safety drill at 7:30 p.m., offering a realistic portrayal of an emergency situation,

Participants will have the opportunity to rehearse emergency protocols and procedures in case of a real crisis situation.
