Police investigating meth dump site at public park

Sioux Falls Police officers say they're looking for a suspect, or suspects, in connection with dumping meth materials into a public park.

This is located on the NE side of the Family Park at 300 N. Ellis Road.

Police say, Sunday afternoon, the caller was walking their dog at the park when they spotted a number of suspicious items in the park.

When officers responded, they found a meth lab dump site with a hydrogen chloride gas generator and other items used for manufacturing methamphetamine.

Officers have collected evidence in an investigation to find the people responsible.
