Police are on the lookout for three men who broke into a house and assaulted a couple in Sioux Falls Monday night.
The incident happened in the 500-block of South Summit Avenue. The husband and wife heard a knock at the door and as they answered it the door was kicked in.
Three people wearing bandana's over the lower parts of their faces entered the home. Two of them fought with the husband. The other took a cellphone that belonged to the wife and threw it across the room.
The wife was able to make it to a computer and tried to call 911. However, during the process of calling 911 she called her mother-in-law instead.
The fight continued and something was knocked over. A short while later the suspects left without taking anything.
The three suspects were described as all having short shaggy hair and all were wearing jeans. The victims thought the suspects were Native American.
