Americans eating less fast food

Posted: Updated:

We've all heard that eating fast food isn't the best idea when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle... turns out the message is sticking.

The report also found that minorities eat the most fast food and younger people tend to eat more fast food than seniors.
