New senior living project to be built in Sioux Falls

Soon, there will be another housing option for seniors on a fixed income.

Today, we got a look at the winning design of the second annual Sioux Falls Affordable Housing Competition presented by Architecture for Humanity.

II's a five unit property located near 5th and Highland, designed to be affordable, blend with the existing neighborhood and be efficient in as many ways as possible.

Once construction begins on the winning design, we'll be able to follow the progress via web cam.
