If spring fever has a cure, people found plenty of medication at the annual Sioux Empire Sportsmen's Show at the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center.
Thousands attended the show which features all the latest gear available to enhance an experience in the great outdoors.
One Sioux Falls family attends every year, and says the mother has just as much fun as dad and the kids because the outdoor activities - from camping to hunting and fishing - are for everyone.
"I love that the kids can go on the boat. We don't have one so they get to see the cool boats, look at the campers, it's just fun for them to be able to do," said Melissa Johnson.
Johnson admits, part of her dreads the growing crowds every year but with her family - it's all worth it.
The Sportsmen's Show continues through Sunday from 10 until 6.
