NBA veteran and South Dakota native Mike Miller is involved in a lawsuit against two men who are accused of taking millions of dollars from investors.
Court documents allege that Randy Hansen of Sioux Falls...who was the public face of Rahfco Hedge Funds...and Vincent Puma of New Jersey...used phony account statements to misrepresent their trading success to more than 100 investors which included Miller.
Miller filed a separate complaint in federal court last year...seeking $200,000 from Hansen.
The SEC says both Hansen and Puma attracted more than 100 investors...and collected more than $23 million.
The losses to those investors...which include Miller...totaled more than $10 million and they're suing to get it back.
