It took only three business days to sell all the available luxury suites for the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.
Wednesday, the City of Sioux Falls announced that the available 18 luxury suites were sold out. The City made the announcement during a press conference with SMG, Ovations and Legends Sales & Marketing.
"To have our entire inventory of currently available suites essentially sell out in three business days is just an incredible statement of support by the entire community. However, this is just the tip of the iceberg Sioux Falls, in terms of the opportunities yet to come in our new events center," Darrin Smith, Director of Community Development for the City of Sioux Falls, said in a news release.
There are 22 suites in the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. Two suites are reserved for Title Sponsors and two others are reserved for the facility's use.
The suites were priced at $45,000, $40,000 and $35,000 per year and were available for five, seven and 10-year terms. The suites are fully furnished, professionally decorated and include:
12 tickets to all Denny Sanford PREMIER Center events
Option to purchase six additional suite tickets
Two guest passes for patrons with other event tickets
12 extra-wide cushioned exterior seats
Drink rail inside the suite with six bar stools
Professionally finished interior with upscale furnishings
Flat-screen television with in-house feed and cable
Company identification at concourse entrance to suite
"In my 18 years of experience in the industry, selling premium seating in venues all across the United States, I don't recall a project or facility ever selling out so quickly with respect to luxury suites," Benham Wrigley, Vice President of Project Development with Legends Sales & Marketing said in a news release. "There is no question the demand in the Sioux Falls region for all opportunities at the new Denny Sanford PREMIER Center is unbelievably strong, and we anticipate this demand to continue well past the doors opening in the fall of 2014."
