Sioux Falls man ticketed in connection with three reported attacks

A Sioux Falls dog owner was ticketed today after his dogs allegedly attacked three people - including a mail carrier.

None were seriously injured.

Police found and captured the dogs near 13th and Williams in southwest Sioux Falls.

The owner, 27 year old Joseph Lenius, was charged with two counts of animals running at large.
