Sioux Falls Police are warning people drinking on St. Patrick's Day weekend to find a sober ride home, because they are increasing patrols over the weekend.
Lt. Jerome Miller says there will 16 additional squad cars to conduct saturation patrols Saturday night. He says the large patrol will start after the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Sioux Falls.
Lt. Miller says the additional officers' primary focus is to catch drunk drivers. The extra patrols are paid for by the Office of Highway Safety Grant.
