After rejecting a plea deal, a homeless man accused of murdering another homeless man in Sioux Falls is going to trial.
Clint Cottonwood appeared in court this morning.
He initially asked for a new attorney but the judge denied the motion.
Cottonwood rejected a plea deal last week.
His trial has been set for July 23rd.
Cottonwood and Eugene Martin are accused of killing Robert Thunderhawk at a homeless camp last May.
