For more than three decades kids have been jumping rope for the American Heart Association.
JFK Elementary in Sioux Falls had a record-setting "Jump Rope For Heart" campaign.
210 students participated and they raised more than $9,200 dollars.
Jumping rope to help others made perfect sense to student Jordyn Blogg. "Exhausting , but it was still fun because you go. Sometimes people don't have like you. They can't exercise because you don't have stuff. You can play with like jump ropes and exercise things."
"Jump Rope For Heart" is intended to promote community service and integrate physical activity.
