Get ready for a rough allergy season

This year, you can expect more of all that sneezing, sniffling, and scratching -- and them some.

The allergy season is expected to start earlier than usual in many parts of the country and last longer...in some cases until October.

Experts blame higher carbon dioxide levels in the air and lots of wet weather in late winter.

That combination puts plants in overdrive producing three to five times more pollen.
