PIERRE, S.D. (AP) - A Presho man charged in federal court with being a felon and drug user in possession of a firearm is set to plead guilty to a superseding indictment. KCCR reports that court documents indicate 36-year-old Clint Brown will plead guilty to the federal charges Monday in Pierre Federal Court. Details of the new charges have not been released. Brown had earlier asked a judge to forbid prosecutors from mentioning state court allegations of kidnapping and assault. Sara Rabern with the Attorney General's Office says the state plans to pursue its case once the federal case is resolved.
